Traditional training methods are often based around heavy lifting in non sport-specific ways which compromises the integrity of the muscles and actually decreases athletic performance.
 
 
Sports participation is the highest level of all human movements secondary to the addition of variables such as changes in environment, weather, as well as encountering implements, balls, and opponents. During sporting events, movement must be precise, powerful, frequent, sustained and efficient. Revolution’s training uses elite methods and equipment that are not available anywhere else in the area.

Our sports training program gets results!  Below are some highlights from our 6-8 week sports training program for athletes ages 9-18.  Each athlete is tested upon entering our training program, and the results are tracked after re-testing.  If you want results, come to the best sports training program around!
Revolution Specialized Fitness provides an extensive initial assessment to identify any risk of injury and classify your starting fitness and nutrition level to allow us to customize your exercise and meal plan.
Science and evidence about exercise and nutrition support Revolution’s exercise program design and Fast Rewards System. Any work out can be made difficult, but that doesn’t mean it will help you to accomplish your goals. Revolution’s program is made to get you to your goals fast with optimal health and performance always at the forefront.
 
Our sports training clients are tested and re-tested using the best measures of speed power and functional strength. With programs designed by sports physical therapists, injury prevention and improved performance are at the forefront of our programs.
 
Male Sports Training Average
After 6-8 weeks, males see up to a 2 and a quarter inch increase in vertical jump and speed increases of up to 4 tenths of a second in the laser timed 40 yard dash. Test measures and techniques are the same as those used with professional athletes.
Female Sports Training Average
After a 6-8 week program, female athletes see increases in verticals jump of up to 4.5 inches and increase in speed in the laser timed 40 yard dash of up to a 4 tenths of a second.
